This page describes how StetoRadr (“we”) handles information you provide through stetoradr.com and our request forms. This site shares product and educational information; it is not a medical service.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this website, we may receive:
- Name and email address (and any message you choose to send)
- Basic technical data processed by our form provider and analytics (see below)
- Messages you type into the on-site Ask StetoRadr chat assistant
How we use it
We use submissions to respond to inquiries, share product updates, and coordinate pilot or research interest. We do not sell your personal information.
Website chatbot
The Ask StetoRadr chat widget sends your messages to our website server, which forwards them to MiniMax (an AI model provider) to generate a reply. Chat answers are educational / product information only and are not medical advice or a diagnosis. In this version we do not keep a long-term archive of chat transcripts on our servers beyond what is needed to operate the feature (for example short-lived rate-limiting). MiniMax processes content under its own terms and privacy practices.
Third-party services
Forms are processed by Web3Forms. This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic. Chat replies are generated with MiniMax. Those providers have their own privacy policies.
Retention and contact
We retain messages as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable records. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email Stetoradr@gmail.com.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change when we do.
